The annual kata practice and individual competition hosted by Murdoch was held at the gym on Saturday. Congratulations to all the winners!

First Trainings of the Year

Weekly trainings have been scheduled every Wednesday 7:30pm - 9:30pm and Saturday 9:30am - 11am. Everyone is welcome to attend both sessions.
